The FCC team has many combined years of experience in marketing, web development, motion graphics, and print. In order to complete a successful project, FCC and the client must share a common set of expectations and goals. The FCC process is an amalgamation of effective tactics, utilized by the FCC team members to form a streamlined method for producing quality products and services.
The most important aspect of the FCC process is to ensure that FCC and the client share the same vision and both understand how that vision will be realized. It is paramount to spend the appropriate amount of time in the beginning of the project making sure that everyone involved has a clear understanding of their roles, duties, and responsibilities.
Analyze the client’s current situation, marketing environment, goals, and limitations, while helping the client visualize creative solutions to achieve their goals. The FCC team works with the client to develop the most effective and efficient plan of action.
This is where the project is defined in detail and the client works with the FCC team to ensure that the goals and expectations are fully understood and documented. The final project plan contains the project details, resource & budget recommendations, schedule proposal, and research into 3rd party products and services.
Before the project can begin production, all of the concepts that have been outlined in the project plan must be defined visually, and mock-ups or pre-visualizations are created to give the client and the FCC team a tangible representation of the project elements. Whether it’s video, product packaging, print, etc., this stage is the most important, as it gives the client a visual representation of the project so that they can be sure the FCC team has successfully interpreted their expectations.
Once the final designs have been approved and all master collateral created, the physical production of the project can commence. Using the production schedule in the project plan as a guide, each defined element is created. It is an interactive process and the client is given many chances to oversee the progress and make sure that expectations are being met.
Depending on the type of project, the final product will need to be viewed and tested to ensure completion and quality. Once the project has been tested and is either ready to be viewed by the public or duplicated for distribution, FCC will work with the client and any 3rd party services to ensure that client has the best tools for showing or distributing the final product.
